Feed Intake Measurement:(one of two)

SmartFeed is a portable, self-contained system designed to measure total daily feed intake from individual large animals. The SmartFeed system includes an RFID reader, weigh scales, and feed bin which continuously logs data to determine the feed intake per visit per animal. The system calculates the feed intake in real-time within each SmartFeed system.  They are truly modular. The feed bin is also 100% stainless steel for easy cleaning.

Cluster of 4 units.  100-micron layer resolution – If you know 3D machines or 3D printing in general, you understand this advancement. The original Replicator was tuned for a 270-micron layer height. 100 microns is nearly three times finer than before, which means the layers are even harder to see and feel. There are countless variations of the design and it became a staple of 3D printing with tens, if not hundreds, of thousands units world wide. You can build simple one for couple hundred dollars or you can chip in more and get the state of the art 3D printer, it’s all up to you.

Each hot end can heat up to 240-degrees Celsius and handle a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PVA, LayWood, and more. The standard nozzle size for each extruder is.35mm, meaning you can get good resolution on your prints.

The Dual Extruder Tool Head is an accessory suggested for advanced users only because both the software and hardware aspects of using these upgrade require more technical capabilities.
