Bühler’s line of fluid bed toaster air impingement fluidization equipment uses high temperature for a broad range of drying, toasting, roasting, puffing and cooling applications. It is employed in RTE (ready to eat) cereal toasting, snack foods, bread crumbs and tobacco. A full range of configuration options are available to suit specific installation and product requirements.
(One of four) Large, low cost, shelf processing ovens for bulky or numerous parts at temperatures to 400°F. Work can be placed directly on reinforced floor or shelf loaded. Work space starts at floor level for convenient loading of large items and easy access to top shelves.
CBH Series: Size 48″ x 48″ x 60″ high provides 80 cubic feet of work space for larger parts and bigger loads.
The GC Growth Chamber series reach-in model capacity is 15 ft2.
Construction is all woodless, with painted aluminum surfaces and polymer foam insulation. GC series units utilize an upward airflow design with air uniformly distributed through the aluminum channel floor.
This model come with counterweighted light fixtures for easy fingertip adjustment of position and intensity. Lighting levels range from 980 µmoles to 1470 µmoles (at 6" from lamps) with the standard fluorescent/incandescent arrays.
