Dimension Elite 3D Printers use ABSplus™ modeling material, a production-grade thermoplastic that is durable enough to perform virtually the same as production parts. Models printed with Dimension 3D Printers have customer-proven toughness – from commercial sprayers tested at pressures up to 60 psi, to final parts on M1 tanks normally machined in aircraft-grade aluminum.

GIANT Machinery Co. is joint venture which specializes in the area of polymer compounding and extrusion.    GIANT focus on research, development, manufacture, sale of polymer compounding and extrusion equipment, such as twin screw extruder.  

Initial pinch plate rolls work by 'pinching' the flat sheet between two counter-opposed rolls while the third offset roll or ‘bending roll’ moves upward to contact and then bend the sheet. When rotation of the rollers is activated, the sheet exits at a given radius. With the sheet cut to the developed length and the bending roll properly positioned; the part is rolled into a cylindrical form, where it can then be welded at the seam to produce a cylinder. The upper roll is in a fixed position; the lower pinch roll can move up/down to pinch the material.

Swagelok’s orbital welding system has a unique modular fixturing providing the versatility to weld numerous tubing and component combinations required for system fabrication. Using reliable gas tungsten arc welds and featuring a light-weight portable power supply, the Swagelok orbital welding system is capable of providing consistent, precise welds for tubing diameters from 1/16 to 4 in, (3 mm to 104 mm).
