Analyze damaged starch in less than 10 minutes

Applications:

Millers; Control your flour quality.  Check the settings of your mill (rolls, parallelism, wear).

Baking industries; Control the consistency of your flours (hydration rate, proofing, behavior during the process) and the quality of finished products (aspect and taste qualities).  Improve dough yield by adjusting the hydration rate of flours.

The CombiFlash® Rf 200 has built-in solvent and waste management that prevent columns from drying, and messy waste overfills. An automated valve lets you load samples and walk away - and it's self-cleaning to wash away materials that can contaminate the next run. The CombiFlash® Rf 200 improves productivity whether you separate synthetic compounds, natural products, peptides, polymers, or other chemical separations.

Milestone’s DMA-80 Direct Mercury Analyzer is redefining mercury analysis. Many laboratories still employ Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA) or ICP-MS as their mercury analysis techniques of choice, however, these techniques require sample preparation which can prove tedious, costly, and time-consuming. The DMA-80 on the other hand, requires no sample preparation and delivers results, comparable to those obtained on CVAA and ICP-MS, in as little as 5 minutes.

Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is an analytical method that combines the features of gas-chromatography and mass spectrometry to identify different substances within a test sample. Applications of GC-MS include drug detection, fire investigation, environmental analysis, explosives investigation, and identification of unknown samples. GC-MS can also be used in airport security to detect substances in luggage or on human beings. Additionally, it can identify trace elements in materials that were previously thought to have disintegrated beyond identification.
