The AIS-IV Camera™ is a high-resolution video traffic camera for the Autoscope machine vision processors; Autoscope RackVision Terra and Autoscope RackVision Pro 2. The AIS Camera has a built-in zoom lens and color imager with high sensitivity to ensure accurate vehicle detection at night. It minimizes streaking and blooming from bright light sources that could adversely affect detection performance.
The Axioscop 2 research microscope from Zeiss uses the short path length of its designed epicondenser to give brighter fluorescence and hence greater sensitivity. The high-resolution optics with good clarity enhance the information presented on slides and contribute further to the brightness, whilst the quick and easy switchover between brightfield and fluorescence gives greater convenience and faster screening. Space is provided for a broad range of filter systems for multi- labelling, transmission from UV to near IR and the flexibility to use new fluorochromes as they become available.
The GenePix 4000B Microarray Scanner acquires data at a selected resolution between 5-100 microns, allowing the adjustment of image resolution and file size for each Cy3/Cy5 experiment. It has expanded sample compatibility, with user-adjustable focus offset and laser power settings, allowing for proper imaging of slides with either a raised surface, as with membrane-coated glass, or a recessed surface, as in embedded arrays.
BIOMIC V3 is an open system utilizing digital imaging to automate the reading and interpretation of clinical microbiology tests and QC from various manufacturers. Systems are customized with optional modules including antibiotic susceptibility, organism identification, 96-well microtiter, and colony counting.
BIOMIC V3 provides a digital record of test results and high resolution images. An LIS/LIMS interface combined with bar code reading and touch-screen entry on a 21 inch monitor offers labs an optimal setup to standardize, record and report test results.
