The Cary 5000 is a high performance UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer with superb photometric performance in the 175-3300 nm range. Using a PbSmart detector, the Cary 5000 extends its NIR range to 3300 nm making it a powerful tool for materials science research. Controlled by the Cary WinUV software, a modular Windows-based software, makes it easy to perform powerful analysis and control a number of optional accessories. The large sample compartment can be expanded to hold large accessories and integrating spheres for spectral and diffuse reflectance.

The X-15R spins up to three liters of sample at an industry-leading 5,250 x g, with a robust refrigeration system that cools from ambient to 4C in less than 4 minutes – over 10 minutes faster than other three liter centrifuges. Save even more time with optional ARIES rotor technology that accepts up to 50 grams (effectively one tube!) of rotor imbalance, allowing you to eye-balance your samples with confidence. The X-15R is the ideal choice for all cellular separation applications.

The CombiFlash® Rf 200 has built-in solvent and waste management that prevent columns from drying, and messy waste overfills. An automated valve lets you load samples and walk away - and it's self-cleaning to wash away materials that can contaminate the next run. The CombiFlash® Rf 200 improves productivity whether you separate synthetic compounds, natural products, peptides, polymers, or other chemical separations.

The CombiFlash Rf 200i system. The system enhances detection capabilities with an integrated evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD). In addition to UV or UV-vis detection for absorbing compounds, the ELSD detects compounds with little or no chromophores such as carbohydrates, steroids, and lipids. The ELSD is internal to conserve valuable bench space. The CombiFlash® Rf 200i uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to automate setting the parameters for purification runs and fraction collection.
