Internationally standardized method for sprout damage detection.
The determination of the flour quality and its processing characteristics are a basic demand in the milling and baking industries for ensuring optimum and uniform flour qualities for the manifold baking and noodle products.
•Measure the water absorption of flours
•Determine the rheological properties of the dough
•Check production and flour blends in the mill
•Test rye flour, sponge batters, egg foam, etc.
•Special applications e.g. for chocolate, chewing gum, fish, cheese, meat etc.
•Test full formula doughs
Bühler’s line of fluid bed toaster air impingement fluidization equipment uses high temperature for a broad range of drying, toasting, roasting, puffing and cooling applications. It is employed in RTE (ready to eat) cereal toasting, snack foods, bread crumbs and tobacco. A full range of configuration options are available to suit specific installation and product requirements.
Fluidizing Paddle Blenders are innovative additions to the industry's most comprehensive line of mixing equipment from American Process Systems (APS). The Fluidizing Paddle Blender offers a balance of mixing speed and efficiency with low equipment cost and consumed power. Fluidizing Paddle Blenders are designed to provide rapid high-speed mixing while also providing the finest product dispersion regardless of ingredients’ particle size distribution and bulk densities.
Automated, fast and accurate NIT analysis for whole grain. It offers standard calibrations for protein, oil, starch and moisture determinations in diverse whole grain including wheat, barley, corn, soybean, canola, rice, oats, rye and triticale.
Handle a diverse range of laboratory applications with the Thermo Scientific™ Heraeus™ Multifuge™ X1 Centrifuge Series, which features a broad range of rotors and adapters. Featuring industry-leading throughput and energy-efficient operation, this centrifuge can handle a range of general-purpose processing, including cell culture, microplate, bioproduction, blood separation and microbiology. It features a convenient 1L capacity.
Kason Vibroscreen® circular vibratory screeners (also called separators and sieves) separate bulk solid materials from solids and slurries using multi-plane, inertial vibration that causes particles to pass through apertures in the screen or to travel across the screen surface in controlled pathways.
Typical applications include sifting, scalping, classifying, de-dusting and de-lumping of dry bulk solids, or dewatering of solids-laden slurries.
The Lab Mill 3100 is a hammer type cyclone mill, built into a soundproof casing. An airflow feeder regulates feeding of a sample into a metallic grinding chamber. A hardened steel hammer rotates at high speed, forcing the sample through a stainless-steel sieve. The fine, homogeneous sample is separated from the air in a cyclone and collected in a quick release stainless steel container. The cyclone principle makes the mill self-cleaning and thus cleaning between samples is not normally required. Standard sieve (0.8mm) is used for Falling Number, Glutomatic/Gluten Index and NIR-analyses.
The FP628 allows you to achieve rapid and precise nitrogen/protein results in organic matrices such as foods, forages, fertilizers, and milled products.
•Dual-stage furnace system operates at temperatures up to 1050°C with pure oxygen to ensure the complete combustion of all organic samples, without requiring additional metal oxidizing reagents
•Efficient thermoelectric cooler removes moisture form combustion gas, eliminating the need for chemical anhydrone
