DMT Single Pressure Myograph System

DMT Myographs feature single or multiple chambers (up to 10 ml) suitable for the examination of vessels/tubular structures of diameters greater than 60 µm. Models feature a window in the base, which is ideal for use with a microscope for morphological and fluorescence measurements. DMT Myographs come with a control unit, temperature control, built-in high-resolution force transducer and micrometer.
The control unit has an analog output which can be connected directly to a PowerLab BNC input. Alternatively, for most myographs, the DMT Device Enabler streams data directly into LabChart Pro Software.
