Has magnification of 50x, 100x, 250x, 500x and 1,000x. The 8” XY stage features coarse and fine adjustments. Uses computer software which allows image capture and measurement. Also has Infra-red vision and limited fluorescence filter capabilities.
HPLC Column Selectors: The column selector is an integrated HPLC automated column selection and switching module. Both a fully automated and push-button operated column selector are available. The module can accommodate six (6) analytical HPLC columns plus one built-in By-PASS line.
* Quaternary solvent blending supports isocratic and gradient applications with 11 unique gradient profile curves. Blend up to 4 solvents in any proportion with Auto-Blend Technology. Compatible with a wide range of solvent types to support reversed-phase, normal-phase, GPC, SEC, and IEX application.
The Waters Alliance 2695 Separations Module is a high performance liquid chromatographic system with a quaternary, low-pressure mixing pump and inline vacuum degassing. Flow rates from 50 uL/min to 5 mL/min can be generated for use with 2.1 mm ID columns and larger. The autosampler has a maximum capacity of 120 vials (12x32, 2-mL) with programmable temperature control from 4 to 40°C. A heated column compartment provides temperatures from 5 degrees above ambient to 65°C.
The 2545 Binary Gradient Module (BGM) is a high-pressure mixing binary gradient pump that serves as the primary solvent delivery device for the Waters AutoPurification System, enabling subsequent isolation and purification of targeted compounds. The 2545 Binary Gradient Module: Operates at analytical and preparative scales Performs between flow rates of 0.50 to 150.00 mL/min with a pressure up to 6000 psi Integrates solvent selection valves on each solvent delivery channel to allow for rapid solvent changeovers and system purges
The WaveDriver 10 Potentiostat/Galvanostat System is a cost-effective, yet powerful and versatile, benchtop instrument whose value cannot be beaten. With a modest form factor and convenient USB interface, the WaveDriver 10 packs a punch with iR compensation, ability to form over 38 different electrochemical techniques, and controlled through AfterMathTM Data Organizer software. The WaveDriver 10 blends much of what you need from a potentiostat without the added frills that can sometimes simply drive up the cost. Key features of the WaveDriver 10 are as follows:
The Whitley Workstation DG250 is the most compact and flexible anaerobic chamber available. The following are key features and benefits of the Whitley Workstation DG250 .
Whitley's cabinets are made of rigid polycarbonate shell provides for excellent visibility to contents inside cabinet. The rigid design allows for a controlled level of positive pressure by means of an independent diaphragm pressure switch.
Unique 'rapid lock' manually-operated portholes allow both access for the operator's arms and the transfer of up to 20 x 90mm Petri dishes.
The Thomas Wiley® Mini-Mill features a polished chamber, 40 mm diameter x 22 mm deep; two stationary blades; and a rotor with four cutting edges that revolve at high speed to produce a shearing action which minimizes loss of moisture from heat. This cutting mill produces a 20-gram, 40-mesh sample of dried plant stem tissue in 15 to 20 minutes; a similar sample of extracted leaf tissue in 7 to 10 minutes; or 13 mm pieces of soybean stems in 5 to 7 minutes. Dried samples are generally used, but tobacco with 12% moisture has been milled satisfactorily.
