The Thermo Scientific Nicolet 8700 FT-IR spectrometer performs advanced FT-IR spectroscopy experiments including step-scan. Step-scan eliminates Fourier modulation interference encountered in the conventional, continuous-scan FT-IR and allows measurements to be made as an explicit function of time, phase, or space. Typical applications of step-scan FT-IR can be classified into two primary categories: time-resolved spectroscopy (TRS) for studying fast kinetic processes, and phase-resolved spectroscopy (PRS) for modulation experiments.
These channels are ideal complements to a course of study in fluids. After a discussion on hydraulic channel flow, they bring the real thing right into the classroom environment.
Typical, standard multi-purpose re-circulating demonstration channels consist of:
•Transparent wall channel sections.
•A head tank with adjustable undershot gate, movable tailgate, reservoir, circulating pump(s), flow meter and flow control valves.
•A motorized jacking system adjusts the slope of the channel bed.
AA3 HR AutoAnalyzer uses continuous segmented flow analysis principles to provide significant advantages for environmental applications. With reaction times, up to 20 minutes, even complex procedures like distillation can be automated. Dialyzers can be built into the system for elimination of interference from dirty or colored samples. The proprietary in-line UV digestion procedure conforms to the ISO Standard Methods for automated measurement of Total Cyanide and Total Phosphorus.

The ABB IRB 140 is a small but exceptionally fast, accurate and powerful robot. Unlike many other robots of this size the IRB 140 is solidly constructed and is a full power industrial machine. Sitting at just 810mm (32”) high and floor, ceiling or wall mounted the 140 can be fitted in a very small space, even inside another machine. With a 5kg (11lbs) payload the 140 is perfect for machine tending, pick and place work, MIG and TIG welding, lightweight grinding, cutting, fettling and polishing applications.
The ABI PRISM® 7000 Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit includes eight optical 96-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and seven preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plates with seven separate dye standards.
The ABI 7500 FAST Real-Time PCR System delivers maximum performance in as little as 30 minutes.
Feature Highlights
• Specially designed Fast block ensures thermal uniformity at top speeds
• Faster ramp rates enable rapid results without compromising extension times or assay quality
• Fast optical plates ensure excellent precision in 10-30 uL reaction volumes
• Use TaqMan Fast Universal PCR Master Mix to run multiple Fast assays on one plate
The BD Accuri™ C6 Plus offers simplified workflows and ready-to-use templates for performing a wide range of applications in flow cytometry. When combined with the portfolio of BD reagents it is an ideal solution for life science researchers performing routine assays in cellular analysis, while also reducing operating costs.
The BD Accuri® C6 is a digital basic flow cytometer, which is equipped with a Blue (488nm) and a Red (640nm) lasers, two light scatter detectors (FSC and SSC), and four fluorescence detectors.
The default configuration of the BD Accuri® C6 is similar to the FACSCalibur-2 (3-Blue 1-Red) with filters optimized for the detection of fluorochromes such as FITC, PE, PerCP, and APC.
The Selectable Lasers Module allows operation of the system in two additional configurations (2-Blue 2-Red, and 4-Blue) and significantly expands the fluorochrome combinations that can be analyzed.
The HybEZ™ Hybridization System (110V) is designed to conduct hybridization and incubation steps in ACD’s RNAscope® assay. The system can hold up to twenty standard microscope slides on the slide rack. The oven provides the necessary temperature control and humidity required for optimal performance of RNAscope manual assay. The unit has an advanced PID temperature controller that provides stable and accurate chamber temperatures from ambient plus 10˚C to 75˚C.
