The 3 is a versatile laser scanner for biomolecular imaging applications. We use it primarily for in-gel visualization of protein targets of fluorescent small molecules (activity-based protein profiling). It can be, however, also used in many other applications. For example, it allows sensitive and quantitative measurements of radioisotopic labels by storage phosphor, analysis of chemifluorescent Western blots, and multiplex fluorescence (e.g. DIGE applications, Western blotting with fluorescent antibodies).
The Trimble UX5 Aerial Imaging Solution is setting the standard for fast and safe aerial data collection by offering a complete system with powerful technologies such as reversed thrust & automatic fail-safe procedures, a robust design and radically simplified workflow.
•Ensures optimal image quality along with maximum photogrammetric accuracy.
•Combines impact resistant foam structure and internal and external composite elements for extreme durability and strength.
•Design ensures employability nearly everywhere and in practically all weather conditions.
Has magnification of 50x, 100x, 250x, 500x and 1,000x. The 8” XY stage features coarse and fine adjustments. Uses computer software which allows image capture and measurement. Also has Infra-red vision and limited fluorescence filter capabilities.
