Makroskops are non-stereo zoom microscopes, designed specifically for low power/high resolution work. The M420 incorporates a trinocular head, its phototube will support a film, digital, or CCTV camera. The head contains a 50:50 beam splitter for convenient photography. The microscope pictured has a zoom range from 6.2 to 32 times, 10x Wild adjustable diopter eyepieces, large swinging arm stand with double truss carrier rods and ring light with 150 watt halogen illuminator.
Incorporates its very own microcomputer for extensive automation of most functions including selection of illumination systems in conjunction with objective change. Automated photographic functions are built-in for increased ease of operation, and automatic focus from 1-10x magnifications completely eliminates the focusing problems inherent in low magnification photomicrography.
•Built-in auto exposure function
•Provision for 3 camera attachment
•Special viewfinder lets you see what you are exposing
The Vapro osmometer is an advanced electronic adaptation of the hygrometric method of vapor pressure determination. The sensitive thermocouple and sophisticated electronics provide the means to measure the dew point temperature depression of a specimen with resolution to 0.00031 °C. Vapor pressure and freezing point are among the colligative properties of a solution.
Root development and function are vitally important for plant adaptation to the environment. The understanding of root biology is critically necessary to facilitate the improvement of crop performance, especially in the face of environmental constraints. The CI-600 is the only instrument available that enables researchers to capture non-destructive, high resolution, digital images to observe the development and function of a plant’s root system.
