This covers equipment which produces a sample or specimen through physical or mechanical means or through chemical routes, but excluding biochemical and biomolecular processes.
Programmable oven melts or reflows solder paste that has been printed on a circuit board. Solder is used for attaching electronic components to the circuit board.

The ABB IRB 140 is a small but exceptionally fast, accurate and powerful robot. Unlike many other robots of this size the IRB 140 is solidly constructed and is a full power industrial machine. Sitting at just 810mm (32”) high and floor, ceiling or wall mounted the 140 can be fitted in a very small space, even inside another machine. With a 5kg (11lbs) payload the 140 is perfect for machine tending, pick and place work, MIG and TIG welding, lightweight grinding, cutting, fettling and polishing applications.
The Elite Etch from RKD Engineering is an Automated Mixed Acid Decapsulator that enables high productivity through the integration of advanced features, made possible by the use of modern materials and design concepts. RKD’s Elite Etch Decapsulator rapidly and easily opens even the most delicate packages by delivering precise, micro aliquots of nitric, sulfuric, or mixes of these acids to the package with no sample damage.
Milara Screen Printer precisely prints solders, adhesives, and polymers through stencil or screen to join or protect electronic assemblies. An automated water-jet apparatus was designed and fabricated at NDSU for screening microbial adhesion. The system consists of a robotic arm that is mounted on a stainless steel deck which can access coating array plates from one of three plate stacking hotels. The robotic arm inverts each well of an array plate over an offset, rotating nozzle that delivers a jet of water perpendicular to the coating surface.
Anaerobic chambers, also known as anaerobic glove boxes, are atmosphere control units designed to be used when working with oxygen sensitive materials, product containment needs, and/or general isolation control. These units allow researchers to easily process, culture and examine samples without exposure to atmospheric oxygen.
Features easy-to-use touchscreen display to automatically control temperature and humidity.
The 890-THC accurately maintains temperature and humidity (Rh) inside a roomy, single station glove box.
Unit includes: vacuum capable transfer chamber, one-piece Hypalon gloves, large color touch screen operator display, inert gas hook-up, internal 110V power, serial connection for datalogging, and optional drying train package.
